In response to the disease outbreaks in Zimbabwea, WHO has campaigned to educate the public and distrubute oral rehydration kits and tablets to decontaminate water. WHO as well as other organizations have also extended humanitarian assistance to Zimbabwea. However, Assistance does not always reach some provinces in the country. WHO's effectiveness may be in question due to the 1 cholera infected patient to the 10 HIV infected patient ratio.
